December 4, 2025

5:31pm          Local Ambulance reported to the PC Courthouse for training. 

7:19pm          Female reported a male walking down a street in Zortman looking for fuel; information passed onto Deputy; caller later reported the male found some fuel. 

8:07pm          Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle parked along side of Hwy 2, east of Malta; all found to be okay, driver was waiting for help to arrive. 

9:36pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas.

10:07pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

 

December 5, 2025

5:49am          911 received reporting a domestic situation at a Malta residence; Undersheriff and Deputy responded; case file started. 

6:22am          Deputy transported one adult female, Lisa Score, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges. 

9:18am          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.

12:04pm        911 received requesting an ambulance to transport a male patient to the hospital; local EMT Crew handled. 

3:59pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Whitewater and Hwy 191 north areas. 

 6:31pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

9:00pm          Deputy incarcerated one adult female, Kiahmara Cuesta, into PCSO Jail to serve a 72hr-hold as requested by the Justice of the Peace. 

10:16pm        BNSF Police reported a small fire, north of the tracks, in Dodson; fire found to be a reported, monitored and controlled burn. 

11:30pm        Deputy performed business security checks in Dodson.

11:56pm        Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

 

December 6, 2025 

12:20am        Central MT Dispatch received a 911 reporting a vehicle/elk crash on Route 66; Blaine Co SO also reported the crash to PCSO; Deputy and MHP Trooper responded; MHP handled the crash. 

3:24am          Mountain Alarm reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy responded; all found to be okay and locked up tight. 

7:20am          Mountain Alarm reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy responded; all found to be okay and locked up tight. 

9:27am          Mountain Alarm reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Manager contacted and advised to cancel. 

10:45am        Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

12:01pm        Malta Middle School employee requested a welfare check on a student who had not been to school for a few days; Deputy responded; juvenile located and was okay. 

1:32pm          Deputy released one adult female, Lisa Score, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance. 

4:14pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

2:02pm          PC Ambulance reported to the PC Courthouse for EMS Training. 

3:54pm          Female reported a Hit & Run to her vehicle that occurred earlier in the day in Malta; Deputy responded; damage found to not be recent. 

5:29pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell on the ice and broke her ankle; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded; 2nd person fell while Deputies were on scene; patient transported to the PC Hospital by personal vehicle. 

5:56pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

6:52pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

10:01pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

10:07pm        Male reported a vehicle driving erratic and had gone into the ditch several times on Hwy 191 north of Malta; Deputy responded; Deputy advised driving conditions were deteriorating quickly and the Hwy was starting to drift in; vehicle not located.


December 7, 2025

2:00am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area. 

3:29am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Loring, Port of Morgan and Hwy 191 north areas. 

6:31am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area. 

9:38am          Male reported being rear-ended by another vehicle; Sheriff responded; case file started. 

12:47pm        Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area. 

3:57pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

4:33pm          Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area.

8:00pm          Deputy performed business security checks in the Saco area.

9:40pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

 

December 8, 2025

6:55am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area.

11:38am        Female reported a stray dog at her residence in Malta; ACO handled.

1:26pm          Male requested law enforcement assistance with a female who was harassing the caller and family; Sheriff handled.

1:35pm          Male reported a vehicle slide-off in Greenacres; Sheriff and

local MHP Trooper responded; vehicle already had assistance on scene getting out of the ditch. 

3:52pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

7:45pm          Deputy performed business security checks in the downtown Malta area.

8:41pm          911 received requesting assistance for the caller who was suicidal at a Saco residence; Deputy and Saco EMT Crew responded; patient not transported to the PC Hospital.

9:41pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.

10:05pm        Deputy released one adult female, Kiahmara Cuesta, from PCSO Jail on time served.

11:59pm        911 received reporting a baby crying and possible yelling from a male coming from a neighbor’s apartment in Malta; Deputy responded; all found to be ok, caller had been on speaker phone with a family member.

 

December 9, 2025

1:55am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Malta area. 

3:24am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Loring, Port of Morgan and Hwy 191 north areas. 

2:58am          Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving the caller’s family at a Malta residence; Deputy and Sheriff handled. 

6:52am          Dept of Public Health & Human Services requested PCSO assistance with a possible abuse situation; Sheriff responded; case file started. 

9:29am          Female reported her dog got loose in Malta. 

10:08am        Male requested law enforcement assistance with threats received; Sheriff handled. 

4:16pm          Male reported theft of property; Sheriff responded; case file started. 

6:02pm          Male reported individuals moving machinery, after dark, without pilot cars and the machinery was over the yellow lines, heading southbound on Hwy 191 south; caller advised it took off his mirror; information passed onto Central MT Dispatch; white form issued.

 8:04pm          Male reported the Missouri River Hill on Hwy 191 south was extremely icy and needed to be sanded; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation.

 9:11pm          Malta VFW requested law enforcement to remove a patron from the business; Deputy responded; male had already left on his own accord.

 

December 10, 2025

8:54am          Malta Middle School employee requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Undersheriff responded; case file started. 

1:16pm          Benefis Medical requested a welfare check on a residence in Saco where a current patient lived; Undersheriff handled. 

4:37pm          Undersheriff transported one adult female, Lisa Score, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Violations of Conditions of Release warrant. 

10:45pm        911 received requesting an ambulance for a female in pain at a Malta residence; local EMT Crew handled.

 

December 11, 2025

4:02am          Male requested an ambulance for a possible overdose; local EMT Crew responded; Undersheriff and Deputy also responded; coroner case file started. 

6:51am          Female reported a power outage at a Malta residence; NorthWestern Energy advised. 

9:24am          911 received reporting a semi-truck and trailer in the ditch, east of Saco; Undersheriff responded; MHP Trooper was already on scene; Hwy 2 closed momentarily while a tow truck pulled the vehicle out of the ditch; Undersheriff assisted with traffic control. 

9:53am          Undersheriff reported a slide off on Hwy 2, west of Saco, with damage to a mile marker; vehicle had already left the scene; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation. 

11:48am        911 received reporting a vehicle slide off on Hwy 191 north, near the Canada Border; Undersheriff responded; local Border Patrol Agents also assisted with getting the individual out of the ditch. 

11:52am        911 received requesting an ambulance for a female with a diabetic issue at a Malta residence; local EMT Crew handled. 

1:28pm          Male reported a Medicare scam; Undersheriff handled.

1.    If you didn't enter, you didn't win

2.    If you have to pay to receive your prize, you didn’t win.

3.    If you have a lawsuit or other legal issues pending you will get notification via certified mail or served to you by an official, whether it is a law enforcement officer or a civil process server

You can also call the National Do Not Call Registry phone number, 1-888-382-1222, to have your phone number removed from solicitors.  Call this number from EACH phone number you want removed, cell or landline.

 

For emails, there is an option at the top of your email screen to report emails and block the sender’s email.  This will help with receiving less of these types of emails.
