January 29, 2026

3:31pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

5:19pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive male; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded; Ambulance later canceled; coroner case file started. 

9:11pm          Undersheriff reported a vehicle driving on the two-track road along the canal; vehicle located and stopped; juvenile occupants advised to stay off that road. 

9:44pm          Male reported a female on probation in a local tavern; Deputy responded; female not located.

 

January 30, 2026

12:28am        911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded; patient refused medical transport. 

8:08am          Female filed a written complaint about a neighbor’s dogs running loose all the time in a Malta neighborhood; Deputy responded; information passed onto ACO. 

5:05pm          Local Ambulance reported to the Malta High School for the wrestling meet.

5:31pm          Deputies performed security checks at the Malta High School.

6:53pm          Deputies performed security checks in the Malta area. 

8:03pm          Male reported a possible burglary to his residence; caller was out of town; Deputies responded; all found to be okay, individual was looking for a package that was delivered to that residence. 

11:28pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Wagner and Hwy 363 areas. 

11:32pm        911 received requesting an ambulance for an individual who fell at a Malta residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

 

January 31, 2026

12:10am        Deputy performed a welfare check on a male alongside of the railroad tracks near the Malta Depot; all found to be okay, individual was just out for a walk and talking on his phone. 

2:53am          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

7:30am          Male reported a door left open on a vehicle at a Malta residence; Deputy responded; all found to be okay, door just did not get shut. 

9:21am          Local Ambulance reported to the Malta High School for the wrestling meet. 

10:43am        PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up; local EMT Crew handled. 

11:25am        Female requested law enforcement assistance with a neighbor; Deputy handled. 

12:34pm        Blaine Co SO requested PCSO assistance with locating a vehicle, heading eastbound, on Hwy 2, with the ramps down on the trailer; Deputy responded; vehicle located and ramps were not down. 

1:30pm          Male reported a male trespassing on his property in south Phillips Co; Deputy responded; case file started. 

2:13pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Zortman, Landusky, Route 66 and Hwy 191 south areas. 

2:54pm          Male reported a phone scam involving the Phillips Co Sheriff’s Office; Deputy handled. 

3:04pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

3:23pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco, Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas. 

5:45pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Whitewater and Hwy 191 north areas.

6:08pm          Deputies performed security checks at the Dodson School. 

7:00pm          Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Raymond Doney, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing. 

8:32pm          Female requested law enforcement assistance with a patron at a local motel causing issues and trashed a room; Deputy responded; subject had left the location prior to Deputy arrival; male located and did not want assistance. 

9:26pm          Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Dario Carrasco, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing. 

11:05pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy east areas.

 

February 1, 2026

12:15am        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

4:29pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

6:20pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

6:43pm          Deputies performed business security checks in the Malta area. 

6:55pm          911 received requesting an ambulance at a Malta residence for a male who was throwing up and very weak; local Ambulance responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

6:55pm          Female reported a missing dog; dog later located and returned to the owner. 

9:00pm          Deputy released one adult male, Dario Carrasco, from PCSO Jail on time served. 

9:18pm          Female requested a male patron be removed from the business; Deputies responded; male removed and taken to another hotel for the night. 

9:54pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell a Heritage Manor; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded; patient not transported to the PC Hospital. 

11:38pm        Deputies performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

11:40pm        Deputies performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, east of Dodson; male advised he was just resting and was okay.

 

February 2, 2026

12:24am        Deputies performed business security checks in the Malta area.

1:34am          Deputies performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

8:50am          Local motel requested law enforcement assistance with a patron causing a disturbance; Deputy and Undersheriff responded; individual was trying to get west to Portland; male transported to the Blaine/Phillips Co line to meet a BCSO Deputy. 

10:10am        Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

12:29pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

4:00pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who was passed out at a local motel; local EMT Crew responded; patient refused medical transport. 

4:25pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

7:08pm          Deputy released one adult male, Raymond Doney, from PCSO Jail on time served. 

7:27pm          Female requested law enforcement assistance with a parenting plan involving grandparents at a Malta residence; Deputies handled. 

7:50pm          PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up; local EMT Crew handled.

 

February 3, 2026

12:22am        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

12:53am        Local tavern requested a welfare check on a patron who had left 15 minutes prior to the call; Deputies responded; male not located. 

1:55am          Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Austin Ingram, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Aggravated DUI-Felony charges; case file started. 

9:25am          MHP Trooper served a Phillips Co warrant on one adult male, Yancy Hawley; male transported to Hill Co Detention and later released on bond. 

9:35am          PC Hospital reported a possibly stolen vehicle from the parking lot; female later reported the vehicle was returned and was not stolen. 

3:28pm          Female requested law enforcement assistance with a neighbor’s dog at a Wagner residence; Undersheriff handled. 

3:52pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

3:58pm          Female requested law enforcement assistance with a parenting plan; Undersheriff and Deputy handled. 

6:12pm          Deputy released one adult male, Austin Ingram, from PCSO Jail on bond.

 

February 4, 2026

7:52am          Dept of Health & Human Services requested PCSO assistance with a complaint received involving juveniles from Malta; Undersheriff responded; case file started. 

9:29am          Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible theft of money; Deputy responded; caller advised to contact their banking company. 

10:58am        911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a male “who was hallucinating” at a local motel; Deputy responded; male transported to the PC Hospital for mental evaluation. 

11:33am        911 received requesting an ambulance to take an elderly and confused male to the PC Hospital; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the hospital. 

12:19pm        PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with a patient; Deputy and Undersheriff responded; situation taken care of without further incident. 

4:00pm          Female reported a fender/bender in the MHS parking lot; Deputy responded; white forms issued. 

5:12pm          Female reported a blown tire on a cattle trailer, on Hwy 191 south of Malta, and the lane of traffic was blocked; Deputy responded and assisted with traffic control. 

6:02pm          PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance at the facility for a situation involving family members; Deputy responded; first party individual left the location on her own accord; Deputy escorted the second party, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs case worker, on their way out of Phillips Co; information passed onto Centralized Intake.

 

February 5, 2026

12:50am        Male requested a welfare check on a female last known to live in Saco; family members contacted and advised they did not know where she was; female not located. 

1:04am          Female reported loud music coming from a vehicle in a Cedarview parking lot; Deputy responded; vehicle located, occupant was going in for the night. 

7:35am          Malta School bus driver reported a dead deer in the middle of Hwy 191 south and was causing a hazard; Deputy responded and removed the deer. 

9:12am          Female reported a bank scam; Deputy responded; case file started. 

1:25pm          Male requested law enforcement assistance with threats received; Deputy handled. 

1:39pm          Undersheriff performed a security check of Malta High School.
