June 18, 2026

1:58pm          Probation & Parole Officer requested PCSO assistance with locating a male probationer possibly in Malta; Deputy responded; male not located. 

2:10pm          911 received reporting a male friend of the caller had passed away at Nelson Reservoir; Undersheriff, Deputy, and EMT Crew responded; coroner case file started.

 

June 19, 2026

5:07am          Interstate Alarm Company reported a gas leak alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy, Malta FD, MDU and business employee responded; all found to be okay and no gas leak. 

10:28am        Deputy performed security checks in the Nelson Reservoir, Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas. 

11:10am        Male filed a complaint about threats received at a Saco residence; Deputy responded; case file started. 

11:12am        PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up; local EMT Crew handled. 

11:55am        Deputy received a report of a dog bite and responded to the PC Hospital; ACO and PC Health Nurse advised of the situation. 

3:22pm          Deputies transported one adult male, Kyle Cochran, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a Probation Violation charge by Probation & Parole Officer. 

3:37pm          Female filed a written complaint about another female not returning property to the caller; Deputy handled. 

3:56pm          Deputy incarcerated one adult female, Virginia Pankratz, into PCSO Jail on DUI-1st offense; case file started. 

3:57pm          911 received reporting the driver had been run off of Stage Road near the Hog Ranch Road intersection; Deputies, EMT Crew, FD and local MHP Trooper responded; patient refused medical transport; MHP handled the crash. 

4:55pm          PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up; local EMT Crew handled.

6:10pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell

and could not get up; local EMT Crew responded; patient refused medical transport.

7:29pm          Deputy released one adult female, Virginia Pankratz, from PCSO Jail on bond. 

8:18pm          911 received reporting a possible domestic situation at a neighbor’s residence in Malta; Deputies responded; found to be a verbal disagreement; Child & Family Services advised of the situation. 

9:15pm          Male reported an injured antelope on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded; animal not located. 

9:38pm          Female filed a Protection Order Violation complaint; Deputy responded; case file started.

 

June 20, 2026

12:39pm        Male reported a vehicle/power pole accident in a Malta residential area; Deputy responded; case file started. 

1:03pm          Local Ambulance reported to the PC Fairgrounds for the Indian Relay Races coverage.

6:41pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

7:19pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

7:29pm          Deputy performed a traffic stop on a residential street in Dodson which led to one adult female, Mandi Fox, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-1st offense and a PCSO warrant charges; case file started. 

10:06pm        Male filed a complaint about neighbor’s dogs barking incessantly on Frontage Road. 

11:26pm        Male requested assistance with his mentally ill parent in the downtown Malta area; Deputy responded; individual transported to his residence without further incident. 

11:39pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Nelson Reservoir, Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas.

 

June 21, 2026

1:39am          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson, Wagner and Hwy 363 areas.

2:56am          Deputy performed security checks in the Whitewater, Hwy 208 and Hwy 191 north areas. 

8:06am          Female reported a deceased deer in the yard across the street in Malta; Deputy responded and removed the deer. 

8:10am          Female reported being harassed by a family member in Saco; Sheriff handled. 

11:42am        Male reported a vehicle passing him and took out his mirror; caller advised he was almost to Grass Range; white form issued. 

11:53am        911 received reporting a family dispute at Cedarview; Sheriff responded; situation resolved without further incident. 

12:10pm        Local Ambulance reported to the PC Fairgrounds for the Indian Relay Races coverage. 

2:16pm          Female reported her neighbor’s dogs barking all the time all day on Frontage Road; Sheriff handled. 

7:40pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

 

June 22, 2026

11:59am        Sheriff released one adult female, Mandi Fox, from PCSO Jail upon pleading guilty. 

3:00pm          Female reported a reckless driver on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Sheriff responded; vehicle not located. 

3:09pm          Sheriff released one adult male, Kyle Cochran, from PCSO Jail on time served. 

4:03pm          Sheriff performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

 

June 23, 2026

8:34am          Female reported a vehicle in the ditch and a male standing outside of the vehicle, east of Malta, on Hwy 2; Sheriff responded; vehicle had a broken front axle and no one was around. 

9:49am          Blaine Co SO received a 911 requesting an ambulance for a female having difficulty breathing at a Dodson residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

11:57am        Female requested law enforcement assistance with a domestic situation at a Saco residence; Undersheriff handled. 

3:35pm          Male filed a verbal complaint about vehicles speeding on a residential/business street in Malta; information passed onto Deputies. 

3:59pm          Undersheriff performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

8:43pm          Great Falls PD served a PCSO warrant on one adult male, Peyton Fox, and incarcerated him in their facility on that charge and their local charges.

9:30pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

 

June 24, 2026

11:09am        Female reported vandalism to her garage and missing property at a Saco residence; Deputy responded; case file started. 

1:19pm          911s received reporting a one vehicle rollover with injuries on Hwy 191, south of the 7 Mile Road turnoff; Undersheriff, Deputy, MHP Trooper, local EMT Crew and MFD responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital; MHP handled the crash. 

2:56pm          911 received requesting assistance for an unresponsive male at a Malta business; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital; coroner case file started. 

6:16pm          Male requested a welfare check on a female walking on Hwy 191, south of the DY Junction; Deputy responded; female located and was having mental issues; Deputy transported the female to the PC Hospital for mental evaluation. 


June 25, 2026

10:04am        Local business reported a hitchhiker at their business and would like him removed; Deputy responded; male advised to move on and head south to his desired location. 

12:52pm        Cascade Co Detention Center released one adult male, Peyton Fox, from their facility on JP Court order.
