August 6, 2026

2:21pm          Undersheriff transported one adult male, Myron Olson, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time. 

5:04pm          Male brought in a found wallet; owner located and wallet returned. 

7:03pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

8:21pm          911s received from an unknown male requesting medical assistance; caller advised he was on Hwy 2 possibly near Dodson; local EMT Crews responded in ambulance and personal vehicle; caller and his vehicle not located in Phillips Co; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and they would try to locate the caller. 

10:02pm        Female reported a “bike in the ditch” and skid marks on Hwy 363; Deputy responded; vehicle not located.

 

August 7, 2026

4:14am          Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; all found to be okay and the driver was asleep in the back seat. 

4:45am          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

7:56am          Male reported vandalism to his camper in Saco; Deputy responded; case file started. 

9:36am          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco, Sleeping Buffalo, Nelson Reservoir and Hwy 2 east areas. 

2:36pm          Male reported someone was possibly in his Malta residential yard while he was away; Deputy responded; no information on suspects given by the reporting party. 

3:14pm          Phillips Village Apt manager reported a rental agreement violation involving tenants and wanted it documented. 

3:51pm          NorthWestern Energy employee reported gunshot damage to a drone while flying over the Saco area and needed to report for insurance purposes; Deputy handled. 

4:14pm          Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing a female from a Malta residence; Deputies responded; female left on her own accord without further incident.

6:00pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.

6:50pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

9:13pm          911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who fell, and possibly had a stroke earlier in the day, at a Dodson residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

9:23pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Zortman and Hwy 191 south areas. 

11:46pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta and Short Oil Road areas.

 

August 8, 2026

12:13am        Deputy performed a welfare check on an intoxicated male walking in the Zortman area; male refused a ride and just wanted to walk it off. 

12:15am        Deputy performed security checks in the Zortman and Hwy 191 south areas. 

7:47am          Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Tanner Thompson, into PCSO Jail on Criminal Contempt of Court charges; case file started. 

9:07am          PC Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races. 

9:11am          PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport; local EMT Crew handled. 

11:14am        Deputy performed security checks in the Nelson Reservoir, Sleeping Buffalo, Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

12:11pm        Deputy served 2 PCSO warrants on one adult male, Howard Ereaux, and transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on those charges. 

1:09pm          Deputy received a traffic complaint and responded east of Malta; vehicle later located and driving behavior was fine. 

4:36pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

7:48pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Zortman, Landusky,

Route 66 and Hwy 191 south areas.

11:41pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

 

August 9, 2026

1:31am          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

4:58am          911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell and cut her head north of Dodson; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

6:52am          Valley Co SO received a vehicle/deer crash report in Saco; vehicle was totaled and no medical was needed; MHP Trooper handled. 

7:29am          PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport; local EMT Crew handled. 

 9:08am          PC Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races. 

10:57am        911 received reporting the caller was being tailgated, on Hwy 2, westbound from Glasgow; caller was in Phillips Co at the time of this call; Sheriff responded; vehicle located and driver advised. 

4:24pm          Female reported a sick looking raccoon in a tree in a residential area; Sheriff and Deputy responded; raccoon humanely euthanized. 

4:36pm          Female reported kids shooting some sort of gun on the north side of the canal near the Dragstrip; Sheriff responded; juveniles not located. 

5:48pm          Deputy handled a situation with a mentally ill male.

6:59pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

7:35pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Nelson Reservoir, Sleeping Buffalo, Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

10:58pm        Female reported running over a cow lying on Hwy 2, near the Blaine/Phillips Co line; caller advised she did not hit the cow, was already down; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and Blaine Co SO. 

11:50pm        Deputies performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

 

August 10, 2026

1:17am          Deputies performed security checks in the Malta area. 

4:48pm          PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with an incident involving a juvenile; Deputy responded; case file started. 

5:50pm          Deputy transported one adult male, Howard Ereaux, from PCSO Jail to Fergus Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing. 

6:53pm          Deputy performed security checks on Hwy 191 south.

7:00pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

7:03pm          Calls received reporting the railroad crossing in Dodson had been blocked for over 45 minutes; information passed onto BNSF Police. 

7:49pm          Male reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, near Kid Curry Road; Deputies responded; vehicle located on Hwy 191 north of Malta; case file started. 

8:28pm          Deputies transported one adult male, Tye Jones, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Aggravated DUI-1st charges. 

9:24pm          Male reported missing items from a family member’s gravesite; items later located and returned to the caller.

 

August 11, 2026

8:25am          Dodson School employee requested a law enforcement civil stand by while an employee was being released; Sheriff handled. 

9:50am          Sheriff performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

11:19am        Female brought in a found wallet; owner located and wallet returned. 

2:06pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

3:31pm          Male reported a train blocking both Dodson railroad crossings for over 30 minutes; information passed onto BNSF Police. 

3:33pm          911 received reporting a hay field fire, off of the Midale Road, south of Malta; Malta FD responded; fire later contained and extinguished. 

5:07pm          Montana Child Abuse Hotline requested PCSO assistance with a report received involving a child; Deputy responded; case file started. 

9:11pm          Female reported hitting a deer on Hwy 2, near “the old Malta Auto building”; Deputy responded; white form issued.

 

August 12, 2026

8:30am          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.

9:47am          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

10:20am        Individuals filed a written complaint regarding another male making threats to the individuals in Saco; Deputies responded; all found to be a misunderstanding with all individuals involved. 

1:24pm          Female reported rumors going around Saco regarding a male planning on causing trouble at Saco Fun Days; Sheriff and Deputy handled. 

2:27pm          Sargent Co SO Sheriff requested PCSO assistance with locating and doing a welfare check on a mentally ill male possibly in the Saco area; Deputies responded; male had been in Saco previously and had left on Hwy 2, going east; information passed onto Valley Co SO. 

3:55pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

4:57pm          911 received requesting an ambulance in Saco for a male attempting suicide; Saco EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

5:17pm          911 received requesting medical for a male who was choking at a Malta restaurant; local EMT Crew responded; patient refused medical transport. 

6:38pm          Deputy assisted a motorist on Hwy 2, in Saco; driver had piece of plastic hanging off their vehicle and Deputy helped to secure it. 

8:57pm          Deputy released one adult male, Tye Jones, from PCSO Jail on time served. 

9:27pm          Malta restaurant employee reported juveniles messing around in the garage area; Deputy responded; juveniles left the area before Deputy arrival.

10:03pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
