September 24, 2026

4:41pm          Deputy transported one adult male, JaiZy BadRoadMount Sr, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a local warrant.

9:19pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Hwy 363 area.

10:17pm        Local tavern reported a large piece of metal in the street; Deputy responded; metal removed from the street. 

10:54pm        Local tavern requested a bar walk-thru by a Deputy due to a suspicious person in the area; Deputy handled.

 

September 25, 2026

12:21am        Deputy received a call from a citizen reporting a possible domestic situation and DUI in a Malta residential area; second Deputy responded; case file started. 

1:50am          Deputy transported one adult female, Charlie Arthur, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-1st charges.

6:45am          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

9:10am          Deputy released one adult female, Charlie Arthur, from PCSO Jail on bond. 

9:24am          911 received reporting a male walking around a local church; caller just wanted it reported. 

11:37am        Central MT Medical Center in Lewistown reported a dog bit that occurred at a Landusky residence; victim was the dog owner as well; Deputy handled. 

12:03pm        Female brought in a found dog collar; owner located and later picked up the collar.

6:10pm          Deputy performed a civil standby at a local residence. 

6:33pm          Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the game vs. Cut Bank. 

7:43pm          Ambulance transported an injured football player to the PC Hospital. 

10:49pm        Male reported a motorbike driving without a headlight on Malta residential streets; Deputy responded; bike not located.

11:01pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Short Oil area.

 

September 26, 2026

1:05am          Local tavern requested a Deputy drive by due to a confrontation between patrons; Deputy responded and individuals had dispersed.

1:48am          Deputy performed security checks in the Hwy 363 areas. 

4:51am          Central MT Dispatch reported a two semi-truck fender/bender near the Fred Robinson Bridge; MHP Trooper handled.

8:02am          Deputy performed security checks in the Trafton Park area. 

9:40am          Female reported a gravel truck threw a rock and broke the caller’s windshield on Hwy 2, near the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; Deputy responded; white form issued. 

10:08am        Deputy reported a semi leaking diesel on Hwy 2, east of Malta; vehicle stopped and driver advised; truck company hazmat team cleaned up the spill. 

2:34pm          Male reported a diversion of water situation in south Phillips Co; caller just wanted it documented. 

7:07pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta, Short Oil Road and Hwy 363 areas. 

7:37pm          Female reported a vehicle driving erratically on Hwy 2, westbound, toward Malta; Deputy responded; vehicle located and stopped; driver advised having vehicle issues and was very tired. 

8:52pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo area.

 

September 27, 2026

11:04am        Female reported a possible violation of a Protection Order; Deputy responded; case file started. 

6:32pm          911 received requesting an ambulance at a Dodson residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

6:53pm          Female reported dogs barking all day long at a residence on 9th St E; Deputy handled. 

8:30pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta, Short Oil Road and Hwy 363 areas. 

10:26pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas.

 

September 28, 2026

7:16am          911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191, just south of Malta; Sheriff responded; case file started. 

11:30am        Valley Co Detention Center released one adult female, Shaylynn Healy, from their facility on time served. 

11:33am        Female reported being harassed by a male in Malta; Sheriff handled. 

11:37am        Male reported a possible scam; Sheriff responded; situation found to not be an actual scam. 

4:25pm          Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the JV game. 

4:30pm          Deputy released one adult male, JaiZy BadRoadMount Sr, from PCSO Jail on time served. 

7:50pm          Male reported the Stine’s crossing was blocked for an extended amount of time; information passed onto BNSF Police. 

8:01pm          Deputy received a report of a pedestrian almost getting hit on Central when crossing the street; Deputy located the driver and issued citations. 

8:19pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta and Hwy 363 areas.

 

September 29, 2026

2:03am          Deputy performed security checks in the Hwy 363 and Malta areas.

8:34am          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area. 

4:28pm          Female requested assistance with a distraught male that got out of her vehicle west of Malta; male later got back into the vehicle and was okay. 

4:50pm          Male reported a juvenile driving recklessly and speeding in a residential area; Deputy responded; juvenile not located; parent contacted and advised of the complaint. 

5:14pm          Deputy reported a possible pursuit on Route 66 and Ft Belknap LE may need PCSO assistance; suspect vehicle stopped and driver detained by Ft Belknap. 

7:17pm          Female reported loud music coming from a neighbor’s residence; caller later confronted the neighbor’s and the music was turned down. 

7:20pm          911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident west of Malta; caller advised family was coming to get the vehicle; white form issued. 

7:46pm          Central MT Dispatch requested PCSO assistance with locating a male in the Slippery Ann area; Deputy responded; male located and Bonner Co SO, ID advised. 

8:20pm          Female requested medical assistance for a male who fell at a Malta residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital. 

11:03pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Hwy 363 and Malta areas. 

11:50pm        PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport; local EMT Crew handled.

 

September 30, 2026

7:42am          Male reported his windshield had been smashed at his Malta residence; Deputy responded; case file started.

11:53am        Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

12:51pm        Deputy performed security checks in the Hwy 363 areas. 

12:55pm        Deputy, traveling from a training, assisted Cascade Co SO and MHP with a road blockage situation on Hwy 87.

1:43pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas. 

3:16pm          Female requested a welfare check on a family member at a Saco residence; Deputy responded; family member was fine, just did not want to speak to the caller. 

4:08pm          Deputy performed security checks in the Saco, Sleeping Buffalo and Hwy 2 east areas. 

5:25pm          911 received requested an ambulance for a lift assist at a Malta business; local EMT handled. 

11:19pm        Local bartender reported an altercation at a Malta tavern; Deputy and Border Patrol Agents responded; all individuals removed from the tavern without further incident and left the location. 

11:34pm        911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having trouble breathing at a Dodson residence; local EMT Crew responded; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

 

October 1, 2026

7:57am          Deputy performed security checks in the Malta School zones. 

9:57am          Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a tractor in Saco; Deputy handled. 

11:08am        Deputy performed security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas. 

1:06pm          Missoula Co SO served a Phillips Co warrant on one adult male, Ernesto Campuzano; male later incarcerated in their Detention facility.
