MEET THE PHILLIPS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TEAM
SHERIFF JERRY LYTLE
Sheriff Jerry Lytle has served as the elected Sheriff since 2018. Sheriff Lytle started his career with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office in March of 2004, and has been proud to serve the people of Phillips County during his tenure.
UNDERSHERIFF JORDAN ARTHUR
Undersheriff Arthur has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since September of 2024, and has been in Law Enforcement since 2018. Undersheriff Arthur is a graduate of both the Montana Executive Leadership Institute (MELI) and the F.B.I. Executive Command College Law Enforcement Executive Management Course. Undersheriff Arthur is a firm believer in pro-active policing and community engagement.
DEPUTY NOLAN HARRIS
Deputy Harris has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since March of 2025, and has an extensive background in both EMS and wildland firefighting. Deputy Harris received a Life Saver Award for the 2025 MT Scraggy Peak search and rescue operation where his actions directly led to the preservation of human life.
DEPUTY MARCUS WOODS
Deputy Woods has been with the Phillip's County Sheriff's Office since December of 2025. Deputy Woods is a certified EMR.
DEPUTY WYATT UPHAUS
Deputy Uphaus has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since August of 2021, and served as a Military Police Officer (MP) in the Montana National Guard for 13 years. Deputy Uphaus currently serves as our Firearms Instructor and Field Training Officer (FTO) for probationary deputies. Deputy Uphaus is also a member of the Northeastern Montana Special Response team (SRT.)
DEPUTY PARKER RAPP
Deputy Rapp has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since September of 2025, and has been in Law Enforcement since 2022. Deputy Rapp is a certified EMT, and has prior background experience working for juvenile probation as well as child protective services.

Communications officer Julisa Plouffe has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since March of 2014.

Communications officer Makenna Bowers has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since June of 2024.
DISPATCHER MELISSA CAMPBELL
Communications officer Melissa Campbell has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since June of 2022.
DISPATCHER RACHEL LIFF
Communications officer Rachel Liff has been with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office since August of 2017.
