Burn Permits
Burn Permits can be obtained in person at the Phillips County Sheriff's Office or using the link below. PCSO dispatch MUST be notified of the burn PRIOR to the burn beginning, and MUST be notified when you are finished burning.
Controlled burns REQUIRE the burning party to be present during the burn at all times. It is a criminal act to violate any conditions of the controlled burn permit or to burn during prohibited times.
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to verify burning status prior to activating any burn permits.
