Burn Permits

Burn Permits can be obtained in person at the Phillips County Sheriff's Office and activated in person or by calling PCSO dispatch. PCSO dispatch MUST be notified of the burn PRIOR to the burn beginning, and MUST be notified when you are finished burning.

Controlled burns REQUIRE the burning party to be present during the burn at all times. It is a criminal act to violate any conditions of the controlled burn permit or to burn during prohibited times.

 As of this time, burn permits for Phillips County are not available online. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to verify burning status prior to activating any burn permits.
