2:00am Deputies performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Taylin Johannesen, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-2nd, Open Container, MIP, Speeding and Probation Violation charges; case file started.
11:09am Male reported a possibly stolen vehicle, previously reported as abandoned, from the Bear Gulch Road area; Deputy responded; vehicle later located and was not stolen.
1:09pm Female reported a power pole fire on the South Wagner
Road; Deputy and Malta FD responded; NorthWestern Energy advised of the situation; fire later controlled and extinguished.
4:37pm Local business reported receiving numerous calls from a male harassing the business and saying bad things about Malta; Deputy handled.
4:44pm Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Alexander Jiron, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-5th Felony, Reckless Driving, Driving While Suspended-2nd, and Resisting Arrest charges; case file started.
7:20pm Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Tanner Thompson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.
