4:55pm Male came to the Sheriff’s Office to provide information on a civil matter in Malta.
5:00pm State worker called to advise of a road hazard south of the Missouri River in Fergus County.
7:25pm Female caller requesting a welfare check on her sister in Malta; sister was contacted and found to be okay.
7:55pm Female caller requesting an ambulance at a Malta residence for someone having a seizure; ambulance responded and transported patient to the Phillips County Hospital.
9:09pm Male caller advised of a vehicle coming into Phillips County from the East driving slowly on the shoulder of the road; vehicle located at the motel in Saco with no one around.
11:55pm Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

12:29am Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
1:23pm Ambulance requested for a flight crew pickup at the airport.
3:45pm Female came to the SO to report a sick deer that needed to be euthanized; information passed on to Fish and Game Warden.
6:21pm 9-1-1 call received reporting a disturbance at a residence in Saco; deputy responded and individual removed and taken to Phillips county hospital for a mental evaluation; individual later transported to a Malta motel.
10:10pm Male called 9-1-1 from local convenience store reporting being harassed by another individual in a vehicle; deputy responded but unable to locate suspect vehicle.
11:01pm Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
11:32pm Deputy located what appeared to be an abandoned vehicle on US 2 East of Malta; no one around and vehicle tagged.
